01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the pk365win website accessible at https://pk365win.org, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, betting interfaces, account management portals, and associated mobile web interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the pk365win platform and/or accesses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the pk365win registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their pk365win wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds, free bets, or bonus credits credited to a Player's account under any pk365win promotional scheme, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real money funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by pk365win before processing withdrawals or upon request by the risk and compliance team.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law and from which pk365win does not accept registrations.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to pk365win services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the Player's account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pk365win enforces strict age verification and may request documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID — at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party, corporation, or syndicate is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. Submission of false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from pk365win or have had an account terminated due to breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on pk365win at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether identified through matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — will be suspended and any associated balances voided.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365win account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person. pk365win accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify pk365win immediately via live chat support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• pk365win shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• pk365win strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account, which is available at no cost to all registered Players.
• You must ensure that your registered email address and mobile number remain current and accessible, as these are used for security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and account verification communications.

pk365win employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to the platform. However, the security of your account ultimately depends on the strength of your chosen password and your own vigilance. You are advised to use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

04 Deposits & Payments

pk365win operates a PKR-native wallet system. All deposits, game balances, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits made to pk365win:

• The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and account verification status.
• Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the pk365win wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within standard banking processing times.
• pk365win does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your pk365win wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger an account review and funds freeze.
• pk365win reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal, Players must complete pk365win's KYC verification process. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are determined by account tier and verification level.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 30 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Bank account withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours and may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus balance or unwagered bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• pk365win reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of security, AML, or KYC checks. Players will be notified of any such delays and given clear guidance on the required steps to resolve the hold.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pk365win offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational players only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonuses — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account upon expiry of the bonus validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%, while live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• pk365win reserves the right to amend the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-qualifying-period, accrued progress will typically be honoured at pk365win's discretion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or fulfilment, pk365win's determination shall be final and binding.

07 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on the pk365win platform — including live casino, slots, and sports betting — are governed by the following general gameplay terms:

• All game outcomes on pk365win are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by live physical dealing/spinning for live casino games. pk365win does not manipulate game outcomes.
• It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that they have placed their intended wager amount and selected the correct game or market before confirming any bet. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, pk365win's server logs will be used to determine the game state at the time of interruption. The platform's determination of the correct outcome in such circumstances shall be final.
• For sports betting markets: odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. pk365win reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was erroneously priced due to a manifest error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at pk365win's discretion.
• Any winnings resulting from play with bonus funds are credited initially to the Bonus Balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk365win platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or AI-based tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a way that results in erroneous credits or unfair winnings. Players who discover such errors are obligated to report them immediately to support.
• Using the pk365win platform to launder funds or to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally prohibited.
• Attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or have previously been self-excluded from pk365win.

09 Responsible Gaming

pk365win is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform operates a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts and mandatory logout timers to manage their time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the applicable period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk365win platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, images, audio-visual content, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk365win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk365win platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any pk365win content without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any pk365win software or game engine.
• Creating derivative works based on any pk365win content or intellectual property.
• Use of the pk365win name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of pk365win's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk365win's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk365win shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond pk365win's reasonable control, including acts of God, network outages, or actions of third-party infrastructure providers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised third-party access to the Player's account.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal gameplay — it is explicitly acknowledged by the Player that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable and accepted outcome.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players is governed by the pk365win Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the pk365win Privacy Policy.

pk365win collects personal data including registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, gameplay logs, device identifiers, and communications for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk365win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk365win will endeavour to provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent on-site notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the effective date of any amendment.

Continued use of the pk365win platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support prior to the effective date of the change. Your real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method upon account closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

pk365win may suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• A Player requesting voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Identification that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• A Player being found to be accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), pk365win reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance, and at its discretion, any real money balance where that balance is directly connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity. Real money balances not tainted by misconduct will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk365win's 24/7 live chat support. Account closures will be processed within 48 hours and any remaining verified real money balance returned to the Player's payment method.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk365win operates internationally. In the event of any conflict between the English-language version of these Terms & Conditions and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the pk365win platform, the following procedure applies:

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk365win from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests, including in respect of prohibited conduct under Section 8 of this Agreement.
